Hair Care and Usage
A: Rest assured, our hair is 100% chemical-free, and we promise no corn-chip chemical smell. We prioritize not only beauty but also the health of our customers. However, during the production process, we do cowash the hair, which may result in a slight shampoo smell.
A: Yes, the hair can be colored. Generally, it is easier to darken the hair than to lighten it. For optimal results, we highly recommend having your hairdresser dye the extensions as they can achieve the desired shade more effectively. If you choose to color the hair yourself, please conduct a small sample test using a good quality hair dye.
A: Shedding: It is normal to experience a few strands of initial shedding with new hair. We advise customers to seal the weft before installation and brush it with a wide-tooth comb. Excessive shedding can occur due to weft cutting or dryness. To minimize shedding, always seal the ends when cutting the weft for installation and keep the hair moisturized.
Tangle: Generally, our cuticle intact human hair does not tangle easily. However, factors like dryness, oil & dirt buildup, exposure to saltwater, or infrequent combing can lead to tangling and shedding. To maintain tangle-free hair, please follow our hair care instructions and wash the hair with a good shampoo & conditioner twice a week.
A: Typically, 3-4 bundles are sufficient for a full head. If you desire a length of 20 inches or longer, we recommend ordering 4 bundles. Alternatively, you can achieve a full head look by combining a closure or frontal with fewer bundles.
A: Treat this hair as you would your own hair. It is essential to use high-quality shampoo and conditioning products. Conditioning is crucial to keep the hair soft and manageable, so we recommend using leave-in conditioners. While you can use products like gel and hair spray to style the hair, ensure not to leave them in for extended periods. We recommend using Pantene PROV for regular use and Olive Oil Hair Polisher for treatment.
